• Pharmaceutical Orders received before 7:30 p.m. EST are shipped the same day, Monday through Friday, exceptions apply.
• Orders with refrigerated items are shipped Monday through Thursday for next day delivery.refrigerated orders received on Friday through Sunday, are shipped on the following Monday or next business day.
• Vials, Ovals, Syringes, LTL Shipments and some Liquids, etc. are shipped Surface/Ground depending on weight.
• With Masters, all pharmaceutical orders above $150 are delivered prepaid the next business day.
